Database Programmer for Global Christian Ministry Turning Point, located in the Job Requirements The immediate position will be on a small team of experienced software developers to serve as our database expert and support daily operations. Skills Needed · MS-SQL experience required · MS Access · Database design and support · Programming skills in C#, VB.Net, and/or C++ (other languages may substitute if you are willing and able to develop in C#) · Ability to work with multiple systems and integrate data from various sources, develop reports, export data in various formats, import data from external sites and databases, and maintain warehouse, CRM and inventory operations in real-time · · Work with C# and other languages to develop front-end tools for interacting with database and APIs in various third party tools · Ability to thoroughly document process flow and code · Able to effectively communicate with Customer support, warehouse staff, other departments, and other companies to gather requirements and deal with issues promptly and correctly · Able to grow into software development roles beyond initial skill set; desire to learn new tools and environments, and contribute to the development of our IT department · Web development skills a plus · Experience with warehouse, inventory control, and CRM systems a plus (a candidate with MPower/MPX or InterpriseSuite experience would be highly regarded) · 3-5 years professional experience that demonstrate you can fulfill the above skill set required · Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems from accredited university; certain proven professional experience may substitute for educational requirements for the right candidate Salary and Benefits · Salary commensurate with experience · Extremely competitive health and retirement benefit programs · A relocation allowance is not available for this position Please send your resume, Christian testimony and salary history to jobs@turningpointonline.org. |
